Our Mission

AppTech Training, LLC is in the business of decreasing your frustration with technology and making your technologies work for you. Unlike a lot of services, our people have the patience and experience you are looking for in a service company. You may have been told that you’ll never “get it.” We don’t believe that. We believe that given the right training environment you’ll soon be teaching your grandkids and kids a few things about technology that they didn’t know.

AppTech Training, LLC has three missions:

  1. Help individuals understand and learn more about technology and their devices
  2. Help individuals solve their home networking, devices and printer problems.
  3. Teach individuals how to use their mobile devices and computers more efficiently

Our People

Our people are experts as defined by dictionary.com – a person who has special skill or knowledge in some particular field; specialist; authority.

That being said, it’s equally important about what’s not in that definition – that we are not “know-it-alls” nor do we think we know it all. As we will constantly remind people, no one can know all there is to know about technology because it is in a constant state of change. Today’s answer may change tomorrow.  We understand that things change – and we know that most people don’t like – change. So, we’re ready to help you through technology changes even as we reaffirm that we don’t know it all. We believe that together we can solve the problems.  We hope you understand and share that opinion.

We will delight you with our services or it’s on us! Yes, a guarantee – if we can’t leave you in a better position than you were in when we started working together – it’s on us. We won’t learn on your dime or at your expense.
